What is needed to complete a notarization?
Clients must arrive with the documents to be notarized and proper identification.
Acceptable forms of ID are:
· State issued Driver’s license
· State issued Photo ID
· Passport
· Military ID
All forms of identification must be unexpired
What are the steps to get a document notarized?
· The notary meets with you at a location of your choice
· Show valid identification so that the notary can verify your identity
· Sign the documents in the presence of the notary
· The notary will sign and stamp the documents
· Pay the notary
Are there any documents a notary public cannot notarize?
A Notary Public cannot notarize any document that is recorded with a government agency such as a Secretary of State’s office, a County Clerk or a court.
What is a Loan Signing Agent?
A Loan Signing Agent is a Notary Public who is experienced in loan documents. A lender, title company, or escrow service may hire a loan signing agent to handle the execution, delivery and signing of loan closing documents. A loan signing agent must be bonded and insured and complete a background check to perform such duties.
Can a Notary Public give legal advice?
No. A Notary Public is not trained or authorized to perform legal services or give any legal advice. This is considered unauthorized practice of law. If you have any legal questions, please contact an attorney.
Where do you provide Mobile Notary Services?
We are located in Haltom City, Texas and can travel to any location of your choice within 25 miles. This can include your home, office, local coffee shop, restaurant, hospital, etc.

What are the fees for Mobile Notary Services?
Cost depends on several factors, for example, the number of stamps needed on the document, signing location, and if the document requires witness signature.
